Service Sales Manager The Service Sales Manager is responsible for selling Healthcare Solutions including Pharma Automation and Transport automation, with a focus on existing customers. He/She is in charge of managing the Sales Cycle.
Service Sales Manager is responsible to visit constantly the customer and develop a long-term relationship to capture opportunities during Product Life Cycle.
Your collaboration Primary goals for this role include:
* Commitment of Forecast orders by year within Three years plan.
* Develop Quarterly/Annual Service Sales Forecast including proposal for bottom-UP Budget
* The request to order chain as described within the Sales processes.
* Actively generate and follow up on sales leads and quotes we have in our support systems like Salesforce.com
* Manage administration documents for tenders and offer with the support of Sales&Service administration team -Including Web portal for Public Hospitals and customer
* Promotional campaigns and programs that lead to request for quote
* Actively engage the customer base to maintain an ongoing communication of advice and consulting.
Your competence To be successful in the role we are looking for:
* 3+ experience in a Sales role developed on structured company
* Hands on experience with CRM (Salesforce) and Microsoft office
* Convincing and persuasive, communication and influential skills
* Business English
* Experienced on Hospital business
* Exposed to public administration purchases and tender process
* Ability tobuild and maintain strong relationships with different layer in the customers organization
* Focus on customer needs and customer satisfaction
* Strong negotiation skills
