Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 29 years ago, today we are a market leader in Ukraine and successfully export our products to numerous countries across Europe and worldwide.
We are now expanding and looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Italy, specifically in the Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna regions.
Responsibilities
 * Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned region.
 * Achieve sales targets and grow the client base.
 * Identify and onboard new clients and distributors.
 * Ensure timely payments and compliance with contractual obligations.
 * Conduct client meetings and negotiations.
 * Participate in professional exhibitions and trade shows.
 * Monitor the beauty market and visit retail locations to analyze brand presence and competition.
Requirements
 * Residence in Tuscany or Emilia-Romagna.
 * Fluency in Italian (B2 level or higher).
 * Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
 * Proven experience in active sales (preferably B2B).
 * Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 * Confident use of MS Office tools.
 * Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
 * Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized.
