We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (refinish sector / settore refinish - Carrozzeria) to join us at our facility in Brescia. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing Autocolor's market share by selling and promoting Axalta products and services and complementary products marketed to existing body shops, and for developing and implementing new business, marketing activities and corporate strategy to achieve the objectives. Key responsibilities: Achieve & exceed sales target in the assigned territory by managing existing customer and developing new business. Be able to build and implement sales plan and strategies in assigned territory in order to align with company business development need Offer solution to customer's question & facilitate customers to improve the operation process & productivity. Execute business programs at territory level and monitor progress. Ensure on time payment of customer orders and manage customer's quality complaints. Plan & implement customer visit and solution offering with maximum daily productivity. Collect end user information for database update by each market segment, and feedback competitor's information & activities. Key requirements: At least 3 years' experience in sales manager. At least 5 years sales experience for related products. Being familiar with auto after market is a plus. Good market development experience and strong negotiation skills. Work under pressure, leadership, self-learning and positive working attitude. Good English communication skill and computer skill.
