About the job This position is centered around the management of the Hoods product category for the Franke Home Solutions Division on a global scale. The Global Category Manager Hoods will join the Global Category Management organization and report directly to the Head of Global Category Management Hoods. In this role, the Global Category Manager will manage the category with a high level of autonomy, while operating under the guidance of the Category Head, who reports to the Vice President of Category Management and R&D. The role involves close collaboration with the cluster category management teams across EMEA and at the global level. This role will be based in Fabriano (AN) - Italy. Develop and execute the Category Strategy / Roadmap which captures all market and product needs coming from cluster organization & market insights for the Hoods; Manage product portfolio (i.e. introduction, product lifecycle & margin management), including marketing story development, training support and price recommendations; Investigate new business / product family opportunities, building and implementing a full business development strategy; Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution.
