Ensure the implementation of the Channel and Category Strategy within the assigned geographical area/territory and deliver agreed objectives on turnover and profitability. Lead and coach your team of Sales Agents for business development. Manage directly local key customers. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are essential to address challenges and capitalize on commercial opportunities arising daily in the field. A key role is played in managing relationships with agents, ensuring performance is maintained while balancing Nestlé’s strategic interests with agents’ objectives. Active and proactive participation is expected in all Sales alignment meetings.
