About the job
Limitless is an élite boutique advisory firm offering open innovation
services to the best scaleups and companies in the Fashion and Luxury
industry. We work with top maison and luxury groups, partner with the
world's leading big tech players, and curate a proprietary network of
200+ tech startups selected for their impact on the luxury sector.
We are a fast-growing, fully remote company managing projects and
organizing events in the most important fashion and innovation hubs
worldwide: Milan, Paris, New York, Dubai, Singapore, San Francisco,
and more to come.
We are looking for an Events, Ecosystem & Business Development Manager
to take on one of the most strategic and versatile roles in our
company. This is not a single-track position — it requires a
professional who is comfortable managing international events one day,
nurturing relationships with top luxury brands the next, and driving
new business opportunities the day after. You will also play a key
role in the operations of our AI Lab in Milan, a cutting-edge space
where luxury brands meet the best tech startups and innovation
partners for collaborative projects and workshops.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced,
multi-functional environment — whether in consulting, events, business
development, or operations. You are fluent in both Italian and English,
hands-on with HubSpot and LinkedIn outreach tools, fluent with AI tools
(Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) integrated into your daily workflow, and you
bring genuine passion for the intersection of fashion, luxury and
technology. You know the market — the brands, the dynamics, the
players that matter on both sides (luxury and tech). You thrive under
pressure, own multiple projects and stakeholders with precision, and
combine strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a high-ownership role with entrepreneurial DNA: you will work
directly with the CEO, take real decisions from day one, and your
growth will be tied to the value you generate.
What you'll do:
Events Planning & Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and
execution of international events across our key hubs (Milan, Dubai,
New York, Paris, Singapore, San Francisco, and more), managing
logistics, partners, and on-the-ground operations.
AI Lab Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our AI Lab
in Milan, hosting top luxury brands, leading tech startups, and
strategic tech partners for innovation sessions, workshops, and
collaborative projects.
Business Development: Own the end-to-end pipeline — sourcing, outreach,
qualification, negotiation and closing. Identify and cultivate new
business opportunities, build relationships with top fashion brands
and tech startups, drive the company's growth through strategic
partnerships and client acquisition.
Ecosystem Management: Manage and nurture our extensive network of
companies, brands, startups, universities, and advisors across
different activations, events, initiatives, and projects.
Requirements:
Master's degree (preferably in Management, Luxury/Fashion Management,
or Marketing).
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a dynamic, multi-functional
role — ideally in consulting, events, business development, or operations.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or comparable CRM) and LinkedIn
outreach tools — used in your day-to-day, not just on paper.
Proficient in the use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as part of
daily workflows. Experience with Phantombuster is a plus.
Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Strong email communication skills — precise, professional, and
stakeholder-appropriate.
Proven experience coordinating multiple micro and macro projects
simultaneously.
Genuine passion for fashion-tech and solid knowledge of the luxury and
innovation market — you understand brand positioning, industry dynamics,
and how technology is reshaping the sector.
Entrepreneurial mindset: you own outcomes, not tasks. You're comfortable
with KPIs, P&L logic, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Available to operate as P.IVA collaborator.
Exceptional multitasking ability, dynamism, and comfort working under
pressure with multiple stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and sensitivity to commercial opportunities.
Proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to get involved
and take ownership.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
What we offer:
100% remote work with a flexible and collaborative team culture, with
periodic in-person meetups at our AI Lab in Milan (approximately once
every two months).
Direct exposure to C-level executives, top luxury brands, tech startups,
and global investors.
High-impact role with real decision-making responsibility from day one.
Travel opportunities worldwide — our team regularly attends and
organizes events in Dubai, New York, Singapore, San Francisco, Paris,
and more.
Performance-driven growth path with significant upside for top
performers, structured around fixed compensation plus KPI-linked
bonuses.
International and fast-paced work environment in a constantly evolving
industry.
Clear career progression path with growing responsibilities.
Start date: ASAP
Location: Fully Remote (with periodic in-person presence at our AI Lab
* in Milan)
