National Account Manager Italy & Spain, Milan

Responsibilities
* Lead all commercial initiatives and implement the regional strategy to achieve measurable commercial success.
* Manage relationships with national distribution partners in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece to achieve sales and profit goals and strengthen market position.
* Lead a team of two and collaborate with the EMEA Head of Sales (and Sales Director) as a key link between local markets and the EMEA headquarters.
* Plan the annual budget, manage revenue and expenses to ensure profitability and growth.
* Maintain relationships with key customers and professional bodies, representing the company at external events to enhance brand awareness and gather market intelligence.
* Develop and oversee all sales activities in the region and manage regional P&L.
* Negotiate and oversee the sales budget to meet turnover and gross profit targets.
* Update and maintain legal frameworks governing client relationships.
* Develop innovative business opportunities for sustainable growth and manage forecasts and product lifecycle in collaboration with marketing and supply chain teams.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
* Experience in consumer products is essential (OTC, pharma, cosmetics, etc.).
* Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and hands-on execution skills.
* Experience in Trade Marketing, Distributor Management, or Key Account Management.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
* Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
