The company designs and manufactures automatic packaging machines for various sectors.The Customer Service Sales Area Manager reports directly to the head of function and is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned business unit and region to achieve Customer Service results in line with commercial and budget goals.ResponsibilitiesSales strategy: implements the sales strategy and manages sales processes to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services).Business development: contributes to the identification, design and promotion of new products and services to meet customer needs and pursue the company growth strategy.Sales management: maintains accurate records of sales and activities related to the business and customers; coordinates agents in the area and handles direct customers, supporting agents with standard proposals when required.Offering: collaborates with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, conduct technical negotiations and prepare commercial offers consistent with company capabilities.RequirementsEngineering Degree: Mechanical, Electronic or similar.At least 4-5 years in a similar role with proven success in sales results.Strong passion and curiosity for technical topics.Customer orientation / Customer Service mindset.International experience considered a plus.Fluent English; Spanish or another language as a plus.Employment category: B3 CCNL Metalmeccanico.Salary range: 55,000 – 65,000€.MBO: 10% – 15%.Human Value si occupa di attività di Executive Search & Selection (Aut.
