As a Junior Sales Engineer for Industrial Hydraulics, you will enter our Sales Team.
While you will be based inCasalecchio di Reno (BO) and responsible for managingdirect clients in the Center-South area, you will begin your journey with us through our Graduate Specialist Program. This dedicated training and development path will be held for the first few months at our headquarters inCernusco sul Naviglio (MI), designed to provide you with both deep technical expertise and essential soft skills.
You will be trained to:
o Take commercial responsibility for direct customers in your assigned area, focusing onIndustrial Hydraulic technologies.
You will be supported in analyzing market data and collecting key insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
o Build a strong relationship with the local Application team and the Headquarters to share best practices, coordinate technical solutions, and contribute to continuous business growth.
o Be involved insales negotiationsand provide support throughout bothpre-sales and post-salesphases. You will contribute to the achievement of key commercial KPIs — including turnover and margins — by supporting new business development activities and strengthening customer loyalty.
o Understand market needs and trends to guide customers toward the most appropriate products and technical solutions. Participate actively in national and international trade fairs and events to represent the company and expand business opportunities.
o Market research with territory and competition mapping.
Education:
+ University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Personal Skills:
+ Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
+ Curious and passionate about industrial and technological topics.
+ Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
