Under the supervision of the Global Head of Liquors & Italian Specialties, this role will strengthen the brand's market presence worldwide elevating its relevance in core countries and supporting outstanding local execution.Main Activities and Responsibilities: Brand Strategy: Develop and implement the global brand strategy according to ILLVA's long-term vision. Strengthen Italian Specialties Liquors premium positioning and enhance brand equity in key markets. Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities, emerging trends, and consumer insights Portfolio Management: Monitor and optimize the performance of Italian Specialties Liquors across global markets. Define strategies for portfolio premiumization and category expansion. Product Development and Positioning: Ensure proper global brand and product positioning. Contribute to the definition and implementation of the brand architecture and NPD initiatives. Collaborate with R&D and Innovation teams on product development, pack design, and limited editions. Partner with Global Excellence Marketing to ensure effective alignment and execution between Global Design and local Trade Marketing teams. Oversee primary pack updates and global packaging guidelines. Brand Communication Management: Ensure consistency of Italian Specialties Liquors global visual identity across all touchpoints by maintaining and evolving the brand book and guidelines. Lead the development of multi-channel campaign guidelines, including digital, print, experiential, and influencer strategies. Partner with the Global Communication & Media team to adapt global campaigns to local market needs while preserving brand consistency. Manage relationships with creative agencies for content and asset development. Ensure all communication activities comply with global standards, local regulations, and internal brand guidelines. Budget Management: Manage the global brand budget, ensuring proper allocation and optimization across markets. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Finance, Operations, and Market Companies to ensure seamless execution and efficient time to market.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally in spirits, beverages, or FMCG. International experience is essential; knowledge of the US or UK markets is a strong plus. Solid understanding of premium/luxury brand positioning and consumer marketing. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and influencer collaboration. Strong knowledge of international markets and distribution models. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and project management capabilities. Team-oriented leadership style with high levels of creativity, professionalism, and accountability.
