The Role & W hat Y ou W ill B e D oing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Jr Brand Manager role will make an impact : Support the development, management and implementation of the strategic and tactical portfolio/customer plans for the assigned products (strategic objectives, key targets, positioning and communication strategy reflected into effective and efficient tactical plans) Collaborate with the tender and market access to implement the forecasting planning. Support the Management of promotional activities budget and actively propose and adjust the optimal resource allocation (ie proposal and coordination of activities relative to sponsorship of CME events and congresses in line with tactical plan). Collaborate with the local cross-functional team (medica affairs, market access, tender, communication, sales) for the strategic and tactical alignment. Work closely with Medical Affairs/ Regulatory / Training to generate promotional/non-promotional materials, in line with communication strategy. Direct connection and effective communication to Sales Force to implement, expand and execute the portfolio business strategy, including cooperation in setting territory targets and in maximizing local business opportunities. Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with corporate compliance, brand guidelines and applicable laws and regulations. Support analysis of market data, trends and market research outputs as well as regularly monitor main KPIs relative to the implemented tactics (i.e. events and congresses participation rates, digital tactics metrics, customer satisfaction scores). Support the management of external and internal partners for marketing activities on the assigned products (agency, consultants, internal centers of excellence, etc.) ensuring respect of deadlines and quality results on the assigned projects. Support the planning of products communication to healthcare providers and stakeholders, as well as develop short / long term partnerships with key stakeholders & manage relevant KOLs relations and interactions. About Y our S kills & E xperience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Master's degree in the Marketing or relevant scientific field. 2 years of working experience within Marketing & Sales Dynamics, within the pharmaceutical industry. Must possess analytics skills, quality & accuracy, curiosity, decision making, speed and autonomy in working. Management of complexity and ability to give the right priority. High openness and competences in Stakeholder Management. Commercial sensitivity. Out of the box thinking. Must possess Microsoft office Tools skills, Financial Planning and Strategy, Competitive Analysis. Understanding the Customer & Product development. High level of commercial evaluation skills. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
