This role focuses on driving growth for our customers on a dynamic e‑commerce platform. /ppWe are looking for a passionate and results‑driven General Merchandise Key Account Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibBusiness development and planning: /b Negotiate with key sellers, promote relevant local selection, secure price advantages, and ensure business goals are achieved. Prioritize seller growth based on market opportunity, product mix, and price advantage. Understand main distributors in Italy for the relevant category and identify key market demand insights to drive sales with multicategory sellers. /lilibSeller operations: /b Provide guidance to key sellers on marketplace operations, use of marketing tools, and advertising solutions. Leverage experience in marketplace operations and understand the impact of pricing, GMV, and margin management on seller performance. /lilibPromotion and sales: /b Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive sales for a managed set of sellers. Propose promotional activities, optimize local product visibility, manage product mix and local plus overseas selection sales blend. Ensure global teams understand Italian market peculiarities and customer demands, incorporating pricing insights to maximize GMV and margins. /lilibCommodity operations: /b Analyze demand for commodities, enrich market supply, and formulate the annual product promotion rhythm according to seasonality and life cycle. Exploit seasonality through seller operations. /lilibPromotional activities: /b Coordinate the category annual plan, including brand and product traffic, integrate market resources, and explore innovative marketing models. Negotiate co‑marketing activities with stakeholders and manage the commercial relationship with market key players. Provide technical guidance on integration methods between seller ERP systems and the marketplace (API, middleware, CMS modules, etc.). /lilibProject management: /b Lead and execute business innovation projects for local Italy needs, manage multiple projects in parallel, establish clear structures, coordinate internal and external partners, and deliver results on time. /liliThis position is responsible for overall research and analysis of the platform and industry, including industry users, merchants, shops, commodities, competitors, and timely adjustment of operating strategies according to market conditions. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliFull-time undergraduate degree or above, with 2+ years of relevant seller operations in a marketplace or as a seller marketplace manager with seller operation and platform operation experience. /liliFamiliar with brands, business models, and experienced in e‑commerce platform operations.
