PpJoin to apply for the bEU Commercial Leader - PT /b role at bEcolab /b /p pWe’re excited to announce an opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role that supports the success of our Purification Technologies business in Europe! /p h3Position /h3 pAVP Sales – Europe Division Purification Technologies /p h3Location /h3 pEurope (Preferred location: Major European business hub; willingness to travel across Europe is required) /p h3Reporting To /h3 pPurification Technologies Global Sales VP /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssume direct PL responsibility for Purification Technologies. Deliver outsized business growth and market share increase to build Ecolab to be the #1 position in Europe. /li liFormulate growth strategies /li liDevelop and solidify executive relationship with C suite global and local customers. /li liDemonstrate talent management leadership to develop strong talent bench. /li liIdentify and rally resources and support within and outside the region needed to support strategic commercial development. /li liEnsure effectiveness of our global matrix through strong collaboration and communication with global leadership. Establish improved structures and processes, serve as a role model in demonstrating collaborative behaviours and a boundary-less mindset. /li /ul h3Key Deliverables /h3 ul liStrategic/Business: Develop outsized growth strategy to achieve leading share position in Europe for purification technology customer segments. Aiming for doubling digit business growth rate by leveraging global innovation strategies. /li liOrganizational: Manage Europe sales team. Cultivate a “pipeline” of people with potential for promotion and consistently move them into challenging roles. Support belonging, diversity and inclusion culture. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liProven track record of leading and building a high performing sales organization and consistently delivering superior business results. /li liDemonstrated success in performing under high organizational complexity /li liStrong strategic thought leadership. /li liDemonstrate clear insight into Europe market opportunities /li liAbility to prioritize commercial development and resource investment that align with market trends. /li liDrive change through great organization/people insights and build a highly engaged and high-performance sales team. /li liA well-rounded and learning agile business leader who is business and customer savvy and results oriented. /li liNeeds to be a global thinker who possesses the ability to critically assess alternative opportunities and exercise proper business judgment. /li /ul h3Leadership Management Behavioral Competencies /h3 ul liMature self-starter who is able to operate at both strategic and operational levels. /li liHighly agile and adaptable in styles and approaches depending on situations. /li liConfident and decisive but not arrogant and egotistic.
