We are looking for a Product Manager and Technical Support for LOGO! and SITOP who will be trained for 2 years as an apprentice in Milan within the Digital Industries area. During the apprenticeship you will receive comprehensive and state-of-the-art training to develop your personal and professional skills, and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps. Your ChallengeAs an Apprentice Product Manager and Technical Support for LOGO! and SITOP some of your main activities will be: Develop the Italian product strategy and contribute to a long-term roadmap for the product lifecycle, including new and existing generations of LOGO! and SITOP, ensuring commercial success in the region aligned with HQ guidelines.Support promotional activities for LOGO! and SITOP aimed at both end customers and the distribution network, organizing events, workshops, and training sessions for sales force and partner technicians.Actively collaborate in planning and managing customer-facing events to increase product visibility and market penetration.Provide technical support on LOGO! and SITOP products for internal teams and customers, assisting with technical queries and helping sales specialists better position these products.Coordinate activities with HQ to ensure alignment with global guidelines, participating in training and internal communication to keep the team updated on product and market news.Gather customer and market requirements for product enhancements and relay technical feedback to engineering and test teams at HQ. Assist in planning sales price development and implement action plans to achieve business targets.Develop competitive analysis and formulation of competitive strategies for all new and existing products. Prepare periodic product reviews and annual reports supporting the product plan.
You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contractYou are fresh graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or related fieldsYou have excellent command of Italian language as well as EnglishPassion for digital technology and industrial automationTeam player with a strong willingness to learn on the job, working closely with sales teams and customersInterest and aptitude for technical promotion and training activities aimed at distributors and techniciansInterest or experience with programmable automation products, such as PLCs, HMIs or power supply systemsPositive attitude in managing relationships with customers, distributors, and colleagues, with excellent communication skillsProactive spirit and desire to grow in an international and multidisciplinary environmentAbility to manage and coordinate activities in collaboration with different stakeholders, including HQ teamsAvailability for short trips within the national territoryEligibility to work in Italy
