About the Role We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and business segments. Develop account strategies and execute business plans. Handle customer issues effectively. Meet sales targets (booking and billing). Gather and summarize market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team. Work regionally or globally with teams to achieve objectives. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Experience (Ideal): 2-4 years in sales or account management with a proven record of exceeding quotas. Knowledge (Ideal): Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products. Skills and Qualities Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners.
