We are seeking an Admin Specialist to support our growth by handling diverse administrative tasks, supporting our Italian team and colleagues across Europe. Key responsibilities include managing business travel, coordinating daily operations, handling documentation, and assisting with invoice processing. Main Responsibilities: Business Travel Services: Organize and book flights, accommodations, and transportation; manage travel schedules in compliance with policies; support invoice processing; coordinate with vendors and finance for timely payments. Operational Support & Coordination: Assist with daily operations and coordinate across departments for efficiency. Qualifications: Fluent in English and Italian. At least 2 years of experience in operations support, administrative roles, or travel coordination. Familiarity with invoice processing and travel arrangements.
