Channel Account Manager (m / f / d) Enterprise - Italy - Home Office

* Identify potential key partners (System Integrators, Consulting firms, VARs)
* Facilitate business development with these partners, assisting them in developing a long-term successful strategy for achieving their business goals
* Manage the sales forecast, drive pipeline and registration / escalation process for your region
* Align closely with Distribution Manager & Sales Teams to qualify new opportunities, position the best partner, and help build the best offer
* Work with marketing to execute sales strategies and promote product enhancements and new features
* Recruit new partners, build business plans, customer mapping, and set objectives
* Develop and implement sales, certification, and technical enablement for partner teams
* Promote TeamViewer Enterprise products & strategy through demos, marketing events, brand awareness, and co-marketing activities with partners

What you bring :

* Proven enterprise channel sales and account management experience in the IT industry for 5+ years
* Experience working with SI implementation teams or managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor
* Business-level English and fluent Italian skills
* Motivated to work with leading-edge technologies and apply them to drive business value
* Customer-focused with a willingness to exceed partner expectations
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Skilled at managing multiple tasks across different teams
* Flexible, adaptable, quick to learn new skills
* Committed to success in sales
* Positive outlook, responsible, and accountable for actions and decisions
