For the upcoming 2025 season, the 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Sommelier.
Requirements
- - At least 2 years' experience in the role in 5‑star hotels and/or Gourmet Restaurants
- Strong predisposition for upselling
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English
- Passion for the job and goal orientation
- Strong food/wine pairing skills (training in food/cocktails pairing is considered a PLUS)
- Ensure excellent service and exceptional attention to Guests
- Ensure that hygienic and sanitary standards as per regulations are xkiyazw met
- Interpersonal skills and aptitude for interpersonal relationships
- Knowledge of the English language
- Previous experience in luxury hotels
