Define outcomes, OKRs, product vision, and roadmap. Maintain the product canvas. /liliDefine and prioritize the product backlog to deliver a valuable product. /liliMaintain deep knowledge of web development products and services, including Sitecore. The team may include CNHi employees or contractors. /li /ulpbYOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS : /b /ppGraduate/Post Graduate/MBA/Bachelor's degree in business, IT, finance, accounting, economics, or business administration. Degrees in management, marketing, communication, or similar fields are also acceptable. /ppuCertifications : /u (Highly desirable but not mandatory) /pulliBusiness Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) /liliCertified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM) /liliMasters in Business Relationship Management (MBRM) /liliProduct Manager/Product Owner (POPM) - Scaled Agile Framework /li /ulp12+ years of proven experience with business products. /ppStrong experience and knowledge of business domains or previous roles as product owner, account manager, service manager, or IT business partner within relevant industries or segments. Experience as a relationship manager or in customer service is a plus. /ppWell-versed in the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, including Agile.
