We are looking for a proactive Commercial Assistant & Office Manager based in Viareggio to support our Commercial Teams and ensure smooth office operations.
You will assist with administrative tasks, client relations, business development, and internal coordination across our commercial functions, contributing directly to the success of our high-profile superyacht projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with shipyards and Market Intelligence for updates and new opportunities;
* Support business development through CRM management and mailing campaigns;
* Assist Design &Décor Service with goods handling and data entry;
* Manage travel, client welcoming, catering, and presentations;
* Handle general office duties, inquiries, and contract documentation;
* Participate in yacht shows and other key events as needed;
Your Profile:
* High School degree;
* 5+ years' experience as an assistant preferred;
* Fluent in English;
additional languages a plus;
* Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills;
* Proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and business-minded;
* Knowledge of the yachting industry is a strong advantage;
