Job Responsibilities
1. Provide Commercial Refrigeration Product sales to Customers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
2. Provide Commercial Refrigeration Turnkey Solution sales to Customers in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
3. Spot the Commercial Refrigeration projects in Jeddah and convert them to orders and revenue through support from CS, KA and Service/Equipment Sales Team
4. To achieve the above perform the following:
5. Understand and manage customer expectations on Commercial Refrigeration requirements keeping in mind Promptness Reliability and Kindness which is the fundamental to DAIKIN.
6. Develop Commercial refrigeration dealers in Jeddah as agreed plan and KPI’s
7. Promote Daikin CR products from AHT, Zanotti and AHT in addition to 3rd party equipment’s to ensure sales targets are achieved.
8. Become the focal point of contact for all sales team members in Jeddah region regarding the Commercial Refrigeration products.
9. Convert every lead into opportunities from customers or other sales branch team members.
10. Order management and delivery in DKSA promptly and reliably keeping in mind Customer satisfaction.
11. Process customer orders in CRM on time and improve customer satisfaction.
12. Participate in review meetings and take note of any challenges on Commercial Refrigeration to take necessary actions.
13. Achieve monthly and yearly Commercial Refrigeration billing and profit margin target for Western Region.
14. Achieve Customer Satisfaction by responding to customers as per KPI guidelines.
15. Prepare Monthly Reports on Commercial Refrigeration Performance adhering to deadlines
16. Analyzing the business billing and invoice submission each month on all aspects and follow up with customers for payment
17. Act as a custodian of customer satisfaction.
18. Report on open orders, order booking for customers with evaluation.
19. Close coordination with operation and execution team to achieve the billing target of Commercial refrigeration.
20. Invoice Submission – prepare and submit LC / CAD/ SBLC etc. docs to finance for payment collection

Experience & Knowledge
21. Knowledge of commercial Refrigeration business and customers in Jeddah.

24. Excellent understanding of Engineering and cost estimations.

Education
29. Bachelor of Science / Engineering Graduate Degree / Marketing
Skills:
30. Proficiency in English (both verbal & written).
31. Strong analytical skills
32. Ability to plan and lead meetings and negotiation skills.
33. Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office applications
Preferred:
34. Experience with manufacturer of commercial refrigeration, contracting knowledge is an advantage
