Overview
MTM Area Manager Wholesale – Europe role at Zegna, based in Milan. You will promote the Zegna Made to Measure business in the wholesale channel, grow turnover, elevate brand image, and build long-term relationships with key business partners and clients. You’ll work closely with wholesale partners to drive meaningful results and shape the future growth of Zegna MTM.
Responsibilities
* Promote Zegna MTM products and services, organizing and attending trunk shows across the region.
* Manage VIC clients, ensuring the highest level of service and concrete problem-solving to meet their needs.
* Deliver MTM technical training to sales associates and elevate the overall service experience.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners to maximize future opportunities.
* Analyze and monitor MTM sales data, preparing reports and proposing actions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications / What You Bring
* You bring experience in the luxury fashion sector, ideally in client-facing roles.
* You have strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor key KPIs and sales performance.
* You’re known for your customer-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills, excelling in relationship building.
* You thrive when traveling, working closely with partners, and adapting to dynamic business contexts.
* You communicate fluently in Italian and English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
