About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Specialist to drive sales growth in the energy storage market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BESS technology and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including utility-scale projects, commercial & industrial (C&I) applications, and microgrid solutions.
* Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and effective pipeline management.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power systems sectors.
* Strong understanding of BESS technology, including lithium-ion batteries, inverters, and power conversion systems.
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value contracts.
