Head Chef at Crazy Pizza
As the Head Chef at Crazy Pizza, you’ll be the driving force behind our culinary identity — blending Italian tradition with bold creativity and uncompromising quality. You will lead the kitchen with passion, precision, and flair, ensuring that every dish embodies the playful spirit and excellence of the Crazy Pizza brand. You’ll manage budgets, optimize resources, and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence within the brigade.
Lead all culinary operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.
Curate and evolve a distinctive Italian menu that celebrates the essence of Crazy Pizza — quality ingredients, artisanal craftsmanship, and vibrant flavours.
Manage food costs, supplier relationships, and inventory to ensure optimal profitability and minimal waste.
Guarantee that every dish leaving the kitchen meets brand standards for quality, flavour, and presentation.
Oversee kitchen hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance through regular inspections and compliance with all health regulations.
Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen team members, nurturing talent and ensuring consistent performance across all shifts.
Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager and front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Drive innovation by introducing seasonal specials, new techniques, and fresh ideas while maintaining the integrity of the brand.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
Expertise in Italian cuisine, particularly pizza-making techniques, and a passion for high-quality, authentic ingredients
Solid understanding of cost management, including food costing, inventory management, and waste control
Fluent in Italian and good communications skills in English
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
