The junior sales analyst supports the sales analyst and sales team by providing insights and recommendations on business performance. This role includes active interactions with Sales, Merchandise & Planning, and Finance departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage Omni-channel reporting, coordinating all different players to ensure accurate and high-level business analysis and projects. Update sales reporting for the regional sales team and the European headquarter sales analyst team based in Geneva and London. Guide salespeople in the definition of the Budget Process and in the development of Budget Presentation. Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to provide tools that support business decisions. Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales market figures and Retail Sales by customers and brand, reviewing the sales budget and forecast including sales to budget variance, to target and to previous year. Elaborate proposal drafts, ensuring that meetings with internal and external customers have data consistency. Produce ad hoc reporting for Sales, Merchandising & Planning, and Senior Management. Generate presentations for Management meetings. Experience, Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytics (Excel, Business Intelligence, Power Point). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Commercial & Financial Acumen. Strong leadership and communication skills. Fluent in English. Results driven.
