PpbDa remoto: /b Remoto /p h3Senior Sales Manager (All Genders) – Remote / Hybrid in Italy or Germany /h3 pWe are seeking a motivated bSenior Sales Manager /b to support and grow our customer relationships in the European market. /p pYou will drive our business development across important European markets, generating new opportunities and maintaining sustainable relationships with IPPs, renewable energy developers, and infrastructure investors. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the identification and development of new business opportunities across utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substation engineering, contributing to early-stage commercial strategy and client engagement. /li liEstablish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including project developers, EPC contractors, and utilities, to strengthen market positioning. /li liLead day-to-day business development and sales activities, from initial client outreach and technical discussions to proposal development and support in contract negotiations. /li liCollaborate closely with the engineering team to prepare high-quality, tailored technical proposals aligned with client requirements and project specifications. /li liEnsure an effective transition of awarded projects to the technical delivery team, maintaining ownership of the full sales cycle through to final account reconciliation. /li liTrack market developments and provide actionable insights to support management in refining commercial strategy and aligning with industry trends. /li liRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, enhancing brand visibility and expanding the professional network. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMinimum of b5 years’ experience in B2B sales /b of engineering or technical services within the brenewable energy sector /b, ideally in a multi-country environment. /li liWell-established network within the European solar, energy storage, and grid infrastructure ecosystem, particularly among IPPs and project developers. /li liStrong understanding of the full lifecycle of large-scale energy projects, from development through execution. /li liExcellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. /li liFull professional bproficiency in English /b (written and spoken). /li liAdditional languages such as German or Italian are considered an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel across Europe as required to support business development activities. /li liA dynamic, expanding environment in the renewable‑energy industry. /li /ul h3What they offer /h3 ul liSignificant autonomy and responsibility in international projects. /li liA competitive salary and benefits package based on experience. /li liFlexible work options, including remote work. /li liTraining and development opportunities. /li liStrong connections to leading industry partners and experts. /li liA collaborative team culture with fast decision-making and transparent communication. /li liPossibility to work on‑site or remotely; frequent business travel included. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
