Responsibilities
Develop sales plans based on sales targets and achieve annual sales goals. Recruit, manage, and train local partners, and be responsible for distributors achieving their annual targets. Conduct research on trade policies, industry demands, and competitors' strategies in the assigned region. Coordinate project execution, take responsibility for final outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Background in communications electronics or industrial automation; experience in the same industry is preferred. Previous experience in project sales or overseas sales is preferred. Ability to travel domestically or internationally on short-term or long-term assignments as required by the job. Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, willingness to communicate, and proficiency in collaborating with others. English and Italian can be used as working languages.
