For an international Food Ingredients Distributor, acting in Europe, Africa and West Asia we are looking for a


County Manager/Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients Nordics


Responsibilities

* You will sell valued added Food Ingredients to the Food and Beverage Industry
* Markets are Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland
* You will be responsible for the business development of a selection of food ingredients in different branches of the food industry.
* Target is to open a Sales office
* this is a B2B Job and not for candidates from Hotels, Restaurants etc.


Tasks

* Analysis of the market and the product range of our suppliers to find new potentials
* Responsible for making market strategy, purchasing, and selling of assigned Product-groups
* Building a close relationship with our suppliers and customers
* Visits of customers, analysis of their needs, creation of value propositions
* Participation in production trials at the customer/implementation of small-scale trials in the application kitchen
* Project management in close cooperation with the responsible Customer Service Manager
* Alignment of the sales strategy for the product groups of the suppliers with the help of the Category Managers
* You will benefit from numerous pieces of training (internal and abroad) every year.
* Discover and understand customer’s needs and develop tailor-made solutions
* Conduct lab, small-scale or industrial trials with customers
* Follow up offers, payments, …
* Develop and execute Sales Budget and forecasts …


Requirements

* Degree in Food Technology Must have
* Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development
* exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills,
* high willingness to travel
* very organized, reliable, positive thinking
* Very good knowledge of a local languages and English (fluent in spoken and written) Must have
* you have a valid driving license
