Training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.Research and develop new customers and business segments.Develop account strategies and execute business plans.Handle customer issues effectively.Meet sales targets (booking and billing).Gather and summarize market intelligence and provide feedback to the relevant product teams.Work regionally or globally with teams to achieve objectives.Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.Education Background / Major: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.Experience (Ideal): 2-4 years in sales or account management, with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas.Knowledge (Ideal): Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products.Abilities / Qualities: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, with the ability to identify new business opportunities. Willingness to travel within Europe for customer visits.Skills / Certifications: Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
