Interparfums Italia SRL is looking for a 12‑month maternity leave replacement for our Business Analyst – EMEA who plays a strategic role in supporting decision‑making by delivering accurate sales analysis, forecasting and actionable insights across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Commercial Country Director Italy and functionally to the VP EMEA, this position ensures data integrity, optimizes reporting processes and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to drive business performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Strategic Insights: Deliver advanced analysis and recommendations on pricing, distribution and channel performance to guide EMEA leadership.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Manage sales dashboard development and provide end‑to‑end support throughout the forecasting process, sales reporting and pricing analyses to ensure accuracy and reliable decision‑making.
* Process Innovation: Build tools that reduce manual workload and enhance reporting, freeing the team for deeper analysis.
* Pricing Leadership: Lead pricing projects (MSRP and special price structures, product transitions) across client lists in alignment with global guidelines.
* Sales Analysis & Planning: Consolidate weekly and monthly sales data; monitor performance vs. forecasts; analyze gaps and identify growth opportunities.
* Profitability Monitoring: Track margins at all levels (account, SKU) and ensure compliance with commercial conditions.
* Contractual & Bonus Management: Verify and update commercial terms for Italy; calculate and monitor year‑end bonuses for Italian clients.
* Liaison: Act as a key liaison with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and global teams to streamline timelines.
* Investment & Promotion: Oversee commercial investments and consolidate client A&P plans, ensuring alignment, consistency and optimal resource allocation.
* Governance: Ensure compliance with internal standards and data governance policies.
Required Education/Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analysis, Economics, Finance or related field.
* 4+ years of experience in business or sales analysis, preferably in beauty or luxury industry.
* Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
* Prior experience with pricing and forecasting processes.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and BI/reporting tools (Power BI).
* Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
