We are looking for a Bartender; here you will have the opportunity to create extraordinary fusion cocktails, experimenting with authentic and fresh ingredients – grown within the estate's 120 hectares, 11 of which are dedicated to organic production – in line with our philosophy that celebrates nature and sustainability.
Your goal will be to offer guests unforgettable sensory experiences, within a unique location where you can express your creativity and work alongside a highly skilled team and a discerning, cosmopolitan clientele.
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Actively engage guests at the bar and pool area, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism, and prepare and serve orders according to the group's high service standards, ensuring impeccable quality and timing.
* Create original and imaginative fusion cocktails, alongside a beverage selection ranging from classic cocktails to mixers, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, offering a varied and innovative proposal.
* Commit to delivering outstanding experiences, contributing to full guest satisfaction through personalized and memorable service.
* Apply health and safety regulations, complying with all protocols related to bar operations.
* Ensure the service area is always impeccable, keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked to guarantee efficiency and a positive visual impact.
Who you are:
* At least 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
* Basic knowledge of mixology, from cocktail preparation techniques to the use of botanicals and emerging trends.
* Creativity and passion for experimenting with flavors and ingredients.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
