The role
Our 360° products team is responsible for equipping our modular spaces with furniture, heating, fittings, homeware, etc. This line of business is projected to grow rapidly over the next few years which is why we now have this opportunity for you to join our team. You will be based in Marcignago (25 km from Milan) with the flexibility of hybrid working. We also offer some international travel giving you the opportunity to meet our clients in person.
What you will be doing:
Coordinating sales activities for small and medium-sized projects, ensuring full visibility and traceability of pipelines. As well as collaborating with technical, production, and procurement teams to optimize quality and compliance.
Supporting sales function and managing commercial resources dedicated to small projects, enabling Field Sales teams to focus on larger initiatives.
Contributing to the development of 360° products and services in Italy, under the guidance of the Commercial Excellence Director. And partnering in close synergy with Business Managers (BM) and Bill of Materials (BOM) teams.
Building strong relationships with international clients and partners. Combined with coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure high-quality products and on-time delivery, in compliance with local and international regulations.
What you bring to the role:
- Strong English and Italian language skills
- Significant progressive sales experience and strong commercial mindset (cost and market analysis, KPIs, etc.)
- Proven people leadership experience
- Facility management experience and good understanding of international supply chains
- Background in construction/ rental/ automotive industry
