Air Liquide Medical Systems srl, part of the Air Liquide Group, is the business line of the Air Liquide Healthcare Division dedicated to Medical Devices.
Air Liquide Medical Systems specializes in medical devices for respiratory disease treatment. The company develops, manufactures, and sells innovative products across three main areas of respiratory medicine:
* Ventilation: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for intensive care, emergency treatments, transport treatments, and home therapy.
* Aerosol therapy devices
* Devices for medical gas emanation
How will you contribute and grow?
Reporting to the Sales Manager and within the Commercial Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for the hospital sector in Northern Italy, leading a team of Agents and Distributors.
* Manage and develop the client portfolio, including public and private hospitals, home care providers, and resellers, establishing and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients.
* Supervise and effectively guide the Sales Network (Agents and Distributors), working closely with the team to manage relationships with hospitals, doctors, and clients.
* Prepare and conduct tender processes, defining relevant parameters.
* Ensure constant flow of information regarding activities and results through effective and concise reports.
* Actively participate in marketing and communication activities to promote products and company developments, strengthening the brand.
* Provide post-sales support to clients and other functions.
Are you a match?
* Degree in scientific subjects
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in structured multinational environments operating in the healthcare hospital market (Mechanical Ventilation)
* Excellent negotiation skills, customer and result-oriented, able to create relationships and develop commercial strategies. Deep understanding of the healthcare market.
* Skills in strategic planning and budget management. Ability to analyze market data and translate into concrete actions.
Work location: Bovezzo (BS)
Regions of responsibility: Lombardy, Liguria, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, Aosta Valley, Sardinia
