About the Role - We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Semiconductor sales for the Italy region.
The Account Manager will work closely with customers and distribution partners to achieve design wins and increase account penetration. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with MCC's distribution partner and customers to drive business growth and expansion
• Develop and execute account strategies to meet sales objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with regional and global teams to achieve assigned tasks and objectives
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English and Italian
• Ability to travel occasionally within Europe
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
