* Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial offers, pricing, and contractual terms within defined authorization levels
* Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in CRM
* Monitor order intake, backlog, and delivery status, proactively managing risks and customer expectations
* Drive upselling, cross‑selling, and repeat business opportunities
* Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Technical Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution
* Escalate complex commercial or operational topics when needed, ensuring fast resolution
