Ph3Purpose of the Role /h3 ul liBe a technical champion of TLC within the team. /li liSupervise the TLC engineering activities related for the assigned projects. /li liDevelop technical alternative solutions guaranteeing high quality standards and profitability increase. /li /ul h3Primary responsibilities and duties /h3 ul liCheck or approve the main deliverables relevant to TLC issued by Instrumentation discipline : design criteria, technical specifications, mechanical data sheets, inspection data sheets, material requisitions and technical bid evaluations. /li liSupport the Chief Instrumentation Engineers of the various project in reviewing Vendor documentation relevant to TLC Packages. /li liPerform basic design for TLC systems according to applicable codes. /li liDefine technical solutions for complex problems. /li liPropose optimization / changes in order to minimize quantity / costs or optimize project schedule. /li liSupport Chief Engineers in reviewing Tender documentation and prepare clarification requests during bid phase. /li liProvide support and guidance to less experienced colleagues. /li liPromote transfer of knowledge through mentoring and training. /li liPrepare if necessary Lesson learned. /li liParticipate to External engineering company Qualification for TLC. /li liPrepare TLC training program. /li liParticipate to most critical FAT. /li /ul h3Core competencies /h3 ul liIC Engineering background /li liKnowledge of main IC international codes, standards and best engineering practices (ISA, IEC, IEEE, ATEX, NFPA; API etc.) /li liDeep Knowledge of Industrial TLC Plant Security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection) /li liDeep Knowledge of Industrial TLC Plant Safety systems (PA / GA systems, Radio communications,) /li liDeep Knowledge of Industrial TLC Plant Communication ( systems structural cabling, office network, telephone system) /li liKnowledge of TLC communication protocols and networking /li liKnowledge of SCADA systems (fiber base / radio / satellite) /li liKnowledge of ATEX systems /li liKnowledge of Field Instruments /li liKnowledge of instrument installation and hook-up /li liKnowledge of IC field engineering /li /ul h3Seniority /h3 ul liLong-standing experience in TLC Engineering in OilGas / Petrochemical / Energy EPC projects (5-10 years) /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor / Master Degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering /li /ul pFluent written and spoken English /p h3Software /h3 ul liCAD /li liOffice /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
