Together with passionate people from all over the world, you’ll test new ideas, learn and grow, and unlock a brighter, more exciting future. /p pJoin us to create a career worth celebrating. /p h3About the role /h3 h3Are you our new Account Manager On Trade for Lombardy? /h3 pDo you have the talent, right drive and capabilities to develop our Spirits brands in the FMCG environment? /p pWe have big ambition for On trade Italian business and we need you as our Key Account Manager On trade to manage our spirit brands in Lombardy. /p pWith reference to the Regional Manager North West National Wholesalers, you will get the daily responsibility to develop our Spirit Brands in your area in the on trade customers. /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 pAccount Manager role is critical role for creating effective customer propositions to unlock growth opportunities and maximise sustainable profit delivery. /p ul liBuild a sell-out culture for the territory, appropriately setting depletion targets by customer and setting incentives via trade terms and trade investments that support this shift in focus; /li liVisiting the assigned cluster of Wholesalers customers in the assigned territory based on call frequency established for the relevant customer category; /li liBuilding a deep knowledge on customers structure, commercial policies and way of selling; /li liPerforming analysis making recommendations of which wholesalers offer the best options to Diageo in support of RTC objectives based on company guidelines (segmentation criteria); /li liDeveloping collaborative productive relationships/partnerships with key distributors; /li liDriving category and brand educational programmes for WHS sales force leveraging our Brand Ambassadors; /li liNegotiating commercial agreements in line with Diageo Italia’s commercial policies /li liDelivering JBPs which create value for both Diageo and customers; /li liAgreeing and implementing sell-out programs with Wholesalers (e.g. leaflets, sales incentive scheme, distribution, etc); /li liSetting up clear sales targets/execution KPI’s and objectives; /li /ul h3Key outcomes /h3 ul liMS GROWTH: drive MS growth in assigned area; /li liNSV Growth; /li liGM%: manage customer PL to optimize investment and growth in a consinstent way; /li liCustomer Stock: maintain customer stock at the lower level to avoid OOS but also overstock; /li liCredit Management: avoid delay in payment terms and support customer to respect our credit policies; /li /ul h3About you /h3 h3Requirements /h3 ul liStrong negotiation skills and solid communications; /li liGood relationship-building skills, confident, honest; /li liInnovative thinking and team-playing; /li liStrong organizational skills; /li liResults-orientation, trustful; /li liHigh analytical and problem solving abilities; /li liFlexibility and adaptability to changing environment; /li liStrong in using MS Office; /li liFlexibility and adaptability to changing environment. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 pMinimum 3-5 years of commercial experience in field Sales, preferably in FMCG sector beverage industry /p h3Languages /h3 p· Italian: fluent /p p· English: fluent /p h3Working with Us /h3 h3Flexible Working Statement /h3 pFlexibility is key to our success.
