Ph3Overview /h3pPosting Date: 4 Nov 2024br/City: Vibo Valentiabr/Location: Vibo Valentia, IT, 89900br/Contract Type: Permanentbr/Division: Italy Certification Commercial Managementbr/Level of experience: Intermediate- RINA is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager /ppbDivision/Role: /b Certification to join its office in Vibo Valentia within the Italy Certification Commercial Management Division. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ollibPipeline Management: /b Update the sales pipeline with new prospects for follow-up. Learn to prioritize and manage prospects effectively. /lilibContract Closing Support: /b Provide support in activities related to closing contracts. Gain exposure to the process of finalizing deals and agreements. /lilibCross-Selling and Mutual Opportunities: /b Support the development of cross-selling and mutual opportunities. Work with the team to explore synergies within the organization. /lilibCompetitor Tracking and Intelligence: /b Track competitor activity and provide updates on news and intelligence. Contribute to understanding the competitive landscape. /lilibCollaboration with Experienced Managers: /b Collaborate with more experienced Business Development Managers. Assist in focusing on new business and sales opportunities, including client visits and management. /lilibCustomer Engagement: /b Engage with current and potential customers to discuss and understand their needs. Contribute to building and maintaining customer relationships. /lilibCustomer Acquisition Opportunities: /b Work with experienced managers to identify potential customer acquisition opportunities. Learn the process of expanding the customer base. /lilibCustomer Satisfaction and Repeat Business: /b Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives. Support efforts to encourage repeat business and loyalty. /lilibContract, Tender, and Quotation Support: /b Provide support on customer contracts, tenders, and quotations. Gain exposure to the preparation and submission of business proposals. /li /olh3Education /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree in Economics /liliHigh School Diploma / GED in General Studies / Other /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliHave 2-3 years of some relevant experience in sales, marketing, or related fields. /liliKnowledge of certification management system is highly advantageous. /liliStrong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
