Your favorite chocolate and snacks are also sustainably packaged with our help. /pulliBe the first point of contact for new machine inquiries in the food industry in Italy. /liliAs a Regional Sales Manager at Syntegon, take on the commercial responsibilities for our portfolio of Horizontal, Secondary, and Vertical machines. /liliSupported by our technical experts, you will guide the entire sales process and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. /liliResponsible for a defined sales area for the Food Horizontal, Secondary, and Vertical production lines. /liliIdentify the needs for new equipment of existing and new customers. /liliAcquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones. /liliConduct market research to identify potential customers and monitor market trends. /liliActively prospect and follow up on Industry Marketing Campaigns. /liliPlan and prepare for customer visits and submit visit reports. /liliParticipation in trade fairs and customer events. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in engineering (not mandatory) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of capital equipment. /liliPreferable knowledge of Horizontal, Secondary, and Vertical Packaging technology or the food industry, along with experience in capital sales of packaging equipment, particularly within the dry food industry. /liliExperienced in value selling techniques and working with high-end technology market leaders. /liliExcellent customer management skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliWillingness to travel domestically and within Italy/ Europe, up to 60% of the time. /liliAbility to handle contract negotiations with the support of your manager and back-office teams. /liliClose collaboration with internal departments both locally and abroad. /li /ulh3More information /h3pWe kindly ask you to apply in English. /ppFor this position, you must reside in Italy, preferably in the northern region. /ppThis position is hired through our Telstar legal entity in Italy. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
