Country Head of Sales – Italy

This is a unique opportunity to lead market expansion efforts in the water infrastructure sector, working with a global leader committed to innovation and excellence.
10+ years in the water/utilities industry, with a strong background in sales.
~ Proven experience in B2B project sales, particularly with government and municipal clients.
~ Deep knowledge of piping systems, especially Ductile Iron or alternatives.
Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ASTM, EN, BIS) and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute a national sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
Expand market presence by onboarding distributors, dealers, and direct clients.
Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, municipalities, and contractors.
Negotiate high-value contracts and manage key accounts.
Lead and motivate the sales team, setting KPIs and performance goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Travel Requirements:
This role is based in Italy and will require regular travel within the region to meet clients, attend project sites, and coordinate with internal teams.
