The company designs and manufactures automatic packaging machines for various sectors.We are currently searching for a Customer Service Sales Area Manager.RoleThe Customer Service Area Manager reports directly to the head of function and is responsible for developing and managing all sales activities in the assigned business unit and region to achieve customer service results in line with commercial and budget goals.ResponsibilitiesImplement the sales strategy and manage sales processes to consolidate and develop business results, achieving assigned budgeted results for After Sales business lines (Spares, Upgrades, Services).Contribute to the identification, design, and promotion of new products and services to meet customer needs and pursue the company's growth strategy.Maintain accurate records of sales and activities related to the business and customers; coordinate agents in the area; handle direct customersand support agents with standard proposals as required.Collaborate with the technical department to evaluate client requirements, conduct technical negotiations, and prepare commercial offers consistent with company capabilities.RequirementsEngineering degree in Mechanical, Electronic or related fields.At least 4-5 years in a similar role with proven success in sales results.Strong passion and curiosity for technical topics.Customer orientation / Customer Service mindset.International experience will be considered a plus.Fluent English; Spanish or another language is a plus.Equal Opportunity StatementHuman Value garantisce la pari opportunità (L. 903/77).
