Increase revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIs. 7. Support marketing activities and communication to enhance the brand image. 8. Monitor competitors’ pricing, NPIs, and strategies. 9. Collaborate actively with head office teams to receive support and provide feedback from the front line. 10. Regularly travel within the region to visit existing and potential clients. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, electrical, power, or related fields. 2. Good understanding of the distribution PV market. 3. 3 years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industry. 4. Experience working for multinational companies with a global mindset. 5. Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets. 6. PV technical background is a plus. 7. Positive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spirit. 8. Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing clients from procurement to C-suite levels. 9. Fast learner with street-smart skills. Language and travel requirements: 1.
