It offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all‐electric cars, all‐electric buses, and all‐electric forklift trucks.Our purpose is to build a zero‐emission future that reconnects humanity with nature, and we seek talent that aligns with this mission to create a positive impact within a diverse and dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.Work together with the Technical Solution team to complete OTA and TAS processes for all BYD Energy Storage products and to ensure new products are ready for all customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.Ensure BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards. Collaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid and stay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations.Skills, Qualifications, and Experience RequiredElectrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS.Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‐technical audiences.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.Strong problem‐solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure in a fast‐paced environment.Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.If you align with our mission and have the skills we need, apply to be our Sales Manager today.
