In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions. /p h3ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pAs a bSales Manager /b for the Italian market, you will be responsible for: /p h3Growing the Client Portfolio /h3 ul liIdentify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across your area. /li liBuild and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers). /li /ul h3Selling the Company’s Solutions /h3 ul liPresent and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools. /li liCustomize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client. /li liClose deals and meet sales targets. /li /ul h3Collaborating with Internal Teams /h3 ul liWork closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction. /li liGather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings. /li /ul h3Representing the Company at Industry Events /h3 ul liAttend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company’s network. /li /ul h3PROFILE SOUGHT /h3 ul liDesired experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the hospitality sector. /li liLanguages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English. /li liSales Expertise: Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients. /li liPersonal Qualities: Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
