We are currently seeking a Presales Engineer for a full-time remote position in Italy.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, managing all technical communication and solution introductions.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, establishing trust through technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation decks for pre-sale support.
* Ensure partners understand EcoFlow's USPs via product training and close interaction.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners, collaborating with R&D to improve products.
* Provide insights and help partners customize solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering (preferably electrical engineering or related fields).
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support, preferably in residential energy storage.
* Strong self-drive, proactive, able to work independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions and training.
* Ability to understand customer needs, think independently, and find solutions.
* Passion for the industry, quick learner, capable of grasping complex information in a fast-changing environment.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages like French, German, Polish, Dutch are a plus.
