Working at Action As an Assistant Store Manager, you will focus on optimizing sales and managing store staff. You will support the Store Manager in store management, contribute to layout improvements, organize shelves to maximize sales, and work with your team to enhance customer experience and company image. You will also organize staff shifts, handle recruitment, and assist colleagues and customers, ensuring everyone feels comfortable.
