To strengthen our global marketing team at Fidia's headquarters in Abano Terme, we are looking for a
**Global Junior Product Manager - Derma Care**
Your main responsibility will be the product management of the current drug portfolio as well as supporting the development and commercialization of the new Derma Care portfolio, that consists of innovative HA-based solutions for the daily care treatment of patients with pathological skin conditions.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the global strategy of the DERMA care portfolio and to the annual planning cycles by understanding and analyzing the competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of launch readiness programs.
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual operating plan, driving the execution of marketing communication materials and platforms with external agencies.
- Support the implementation of customer training programs in collaboration with medical affairs teams and consultant physicians.
- Support the development and execution of patient communication materials.
- Support category representation at medical conferences, preparation of sales meetings and attend customer visits as required.
- Support product development (or acquisition) decisions for current and future products.
- Maintains strong therapy and product knowledge; support internal (sales force & distributors) training programs and product training as required.
- Work closely with partner marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment, providing support as requested.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing or medical specialties.
- 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role in pharmaceutical or medical device companies, preferably with dermatology portfolio.
- Fluency in English.
- Planning and organizational skills, analytical skills as well as communication and team working skills.
