PbWhat are we looking for /b /ppThe Cosentino team is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to cover the Emilia-Romagna area. /ppThis role involves managing our strategy and relationships with clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of Cosentino products. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, maintaining current ones, understanding client needs to meet short- and long-term expectations, and delivering excellent service across various sales channels. Knowledge of the kitchen and stone industry is desirable. The role also involves working with KB stores, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads. /ppbWhat you will do /b /ppYou will act as the primary contact for clients, helping them achieve their goals and maintaining a positive, profitable relationship. You will work with different segments: /ppbSales /b /pulliDevelop and maintain product knowledge to effectively present to customers. /liliPresent and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients in remodeling, home improvement, cabinetry, construction, and fabrication sectors. /liliManage overall sales within the assigned territory. /liliIdentify opportunities to increase the visibility of Cosentino products and generate sales. /liliPromote visits to Cosentino Centers to optimize sales and marketing efforts. /liliIdentify and develop new points of sale. /li /ulpbCustomer Service /b /pulliProvide customers with marketing materials such as samples, brochures, and display towers. /liliManage customer relationships by resolving concerns, updating CRM system, providing quotes, and scheduling visits. /liliIncrease market share by enhancing the number of displays and point-of-purchase materials in the territory. /liliPlan visit frequency based on client importance. /liliBuild and maintain trust-based relationships with clients. /liliProvide post-sale support. /li /ulpbBusiness Intelligence /b /pulliDevelop action plans targeting specific clients and contact goals. /liliCollaborate with corporate, center staff, and other managers to meet objectives. /liliWork with the General Manager and sales team to implement business strategies across customer segments. /liliTrain on product features and attributes, and deliver relevant marketing tools. /liliMonitor and maintain data in CRM. /li /ulpbWhat you need to succeed /b /ppbProfessional Experience /b /pulliAt least 4 years of sales or field merchandising experience. /liliAt least 2 years of experience interacting with various levels within industry projects. /li /ulpbKnowledge /b /pulliExperience with customer databases; Salesforce preferred. /liliStone fabrication or distribution experience. /li /ulpbAcademic Background /b /ppbRequired: /b /pulliHigh School diploma or GED. /li /ulpbDesired: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. /li /ulpbWhat we do offer /b /ppJoin a global leader in innovative surface production and distribution, working on projects across Emilia-Romagna.
