ResponsbilitiesFrom PM -3 months -> CM
Defines with project team (CVE, PEM, PTM ..) the technical scope of Design to cost activitiesIdentifies main gaps to target (TPC/VT) for DtC perimeterWith support of ENG and Cost engineers proposes with a bottom-up approach technical definitions consistent with unitary targetsChallenges ENG on their referentials if neededInteracts with PoRo process through PoRo process manager if needed
From CM -> Supplier choices
Contributes to RFQ target setting process (under responsability of Project Economics Manager)During sourcing process monitors TPC/VT convergence status on DtC perimeter and performs in close collaboration with PEM convergence actions if neededEnsures consistency between technical definition and TPC/VT statusCollects from suppliers saving proposals
