We are looking for a passionate and energetic expert with an assertive approach to forge new customer relationships, as well as enhance our existing customer sales. The IVD Sales Manager will use their knowledge of IVD industry, outstanding leadership and influencing skills, charisma and KOL connections to develop and deliver profitable initiatives, and expand our IVD business in Italy. Showcasing your IVD expertise in the Italian market, you will drive a fun, highly professional, team. This is an opportunity to really shape the success of our sales in this area, so your impact will be significant Your responsibilities : Drive and deliver increased sales in the Northern Italy region Assertively drive orders from distributors, in line with monthly forecasts Influence and drive the distributors to enhance coverage and breakthrough the key accounts Responsible for formulating and implementing a timely and accurate forecast, engaging all parts of the sales cycle, together with customer satisfaction and retention Establish a professional relationship with end-users and further develop KOLs Retain an in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and the competition in the Northern Italy region Support sales staff and regularly provides updates to the team on company, region product strategies and customer insight What are we looking for in you? Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in medical, technical bio-medical industries Proven successful account management, business development, or direct / distributor sales within the IVD field in Italy is essential, preferably Milan Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close in a clinical/research laboratory or hospital environment Outstanding negotiating skills, highly efficient, you will be assertive and able to combine tactical and strategic management Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken Ability work in Italy without the requirement of company sponsorship Knowledge of IT tools required (Microsoft Office, SAP or equivalent, database management tools, sales force or equivalent or sales tools) required to be able to analyse, synthesize and present complex data What’s in it for you?
